The Registrar of the Co-operative Society, Chennai has filed this Writ Miscellaneous petition to delete him as a party from WP(MD) No.11101 of 2025.
2.This Court has entertained the main writ petition in WP(MD) No.11101 of 2025 on 22.04.2025. The Joint Registrar/Managing Director, Tiruchirappalli District Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., Trichy/ the second respondent has not filed their counter affidavit. The Registrar of the Co-operative Society, Chennai has been impleaded as first respondent, in order to ensure that the second 2/5
respondent is functioning in a proper manner. Without even ascertaining the reasons for not filing the counter affidavit, the first respondent has filed this application to delete him.
3.In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. 18.02.2026 vrn 3/5
