ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.56 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on promising to get job in abroad, the petitioner collected a sum of Rs.3,60,000/- from the defacto complainant and two other persons, subsequently he did not get any job. When the defacto complainant and others demanded money from the petitioner, he threatened them with dire consequences. Therefore, the case has been registered for the above said offences. 3.According to the petitioner, this is a false case. At no point of time, the petitioner received any amount from the defacto complainant or anybody. The petitioner involved in public affairs by filing Public Interest Litigation for interest of public. Only due to the enmity, the petitioner name has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that this is the fifth application for anticipatory bail and this Court dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17529 of 2015 only on 02.12.2015 and the petitioner has filed this application on 04.12.2015.

5.Considering the seriousness of the charges levelled against the petitioner and this Court only dismissed the earlier application on 02.12.2015 and the petitioner has filed this petition on 04.12.2015 and there is no changed circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
