Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S N.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)/Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
