ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Visvalingam, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Alaguthevan, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.

2.By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.The petitioner is employed in the Health Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu. Disciplinary action was initiated against him. He reached the age of superannuation on 27.02.2017. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that except passing final orders, the rest of the process is already over. He further seeks a direction for conclusion of the proceedings initiated against him.

5. I therefore direct the first respondent to pass final orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner on or before 31.03.2018.
