ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st Respondent to dispose the petitioner's Appeal dated 04.01.2024 praying cancellation of Sale Deed dated 02.11.2022 in the name of the 3rd Respondent which was executed by the Respondents No.4 and 5 vide Document No.3230 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd Respondent in respect of his land an extent of 2 Acres, 44 cents in Survey No.113/2, 113/3, 114/1 and 114/2 situated at Melakkal village, Vadipatti taluk, Madurai district within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's appeal and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
