Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAMESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the counsel for the petitioner.

The report, dated 01.08.2017 received from the learned learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam, which reveals the fact that the petitioner is complying with the daily condition regularly from 03.05.2017 to 01.08.2017 except on 14.06.2017, as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5153 of 2017, dated 27.04.2017.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf

of the respondent states that the investigation is pending.

Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the charges pending against the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. sd/- 10/08/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
