ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 16.12.2022 made in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.9 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Valliyoor.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the suit in O.S.No.9 of 2015 was already decided by the trial Court on 02.09.2025, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. 3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 2/4

4.The Court places on record its appreciation for the commendable efforts of the legal aid counsel for the second respondent, namely, A.Elamathi, for conducting the case diligently and providing valuable assistance to this Court. The High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench shall pay a total sum of Rs.10,000/- towards remuneration to the legal aid counsel for the second respondent for conduct of the case, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without fail.

5.Registry is directed to forward a copy of this order to the Legal Aid Committee for information.
