The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the members of the petition association to individually agitate their rights. He also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Permission is granted.

3.In view of the endorsement so made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
