The minor daughter of the petitioner went missing on 07.02.2024 and therefore, a complaint was lodged with the 2nd respondent which is under investigation in Crime No.77 of 2024. Meanwhile, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed for production of person or body of the detenue.

Based on the call details and other information, the respondent / Police has secured the minor girl. The minor girl has been produced before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and her statement has been recorded. As per the wish of the minor girl, her custody been handed over to her mother who is the petitioner herein. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition. 3.
