ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition as Sankarankovil Town Police Station or learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Sankarankovil instead of the respondent-police in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.958 of 2025, dated 17.01.2025.

2. Mr.P.Veerapandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that 1/3

due to personal vengeance, the respondent-police do not allow the petitioner to comply with the condition. Hence, she is unable to comply with the condition passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.958 of 2025, dated 17.01.2025. Therefore, she prays for the modification of condition No.6(iii) of the order passed in the said petition.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the request made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition stated in Paragraph No.6 (iii) of the order in the said petition and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, weekly twice (i.e., on every Monday and Friday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 11/03/2025 / TRUE COPY / /03/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
