ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

Today, the respondent police is present and filed a status report, in which it is stated as follows:- "It is submitted after the enquiry they have preferred an agreement and undertaking before the family elders in the following terms. That the articles given by the wife to this petitioner dowry such as seven sovereign gold ornament, 1⁄2 sovereign of ring and wrist watch which are already kept under custody of wife, towards her maintenance and also husband pay sum of Rs.1,25,000/- to the wife in full satisfaction of her life maintenance. The utensils belonged to the wife should be returned. So also Mangalasutra worn by the wife should be handed over to the husband. The same time they have been agreed that the complaint given by the wife in All Women Police Station as against the husband and the relatives should be withdrawn.
It is also agreed on 05.02.2015, the wife should cooperate for divorce proceedings pending which is in Srivilliputtur Family court and help settle the matter amicably hereafter there is no any absolute blood relationship and further no connection between husband and wife. Hereafter each parties have liberal to decide their own life according to their wishes and this compromise has been arrived as between husband and wife full consent the present of elders. Therefore, it is respectfully I submitted that I have carefully gone through the agreement produced by the parties. Both parties are entered into compromise with amicably settle their disputes by the family elders.
