The above petition has been filed seeking orders to substitute the respondents 6 and 7 in the place of respondents 1 and 2 respectively in CMP(MD)No.8463 of 2025 as they are successors in office.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 7.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 7 would submit that they are not having any objections to allow this petition.

Considering the reasons assigned, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in CMP(MD)No.8463 of 2025 and post the same on 11.03.2026.
