RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in M. P. (MD) NO.1 of 2015 in Crl. O. p. (MD) No. 17057 of 2015 vide its order dated 30.10.2015 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.PITCHAI MUTHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 30.10.2015 made in M.P.(MD) No. 1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17057 of 2015 to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.00 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 18/01/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
