This Writ Petition was filed challenging the impugned tender notification published by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.93/2021/A2, dated 09.02.2021.
2.Considering the nature of relief that has been sought for in this writ petition and considering the fact that no interim order has been passed by this Court and the petitioner has not run the e-toilet till date. 3.In view of the same, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
