This petition has been filed praying to implead the detenu herself as one of the respondents in HCP(MD)No.299 of 2016. 2.It is averred in the petition that the petitioner is the mother of the detenu and she has gone to a foreign country and to that effect necessary documents have been filed. 3.Considering the aforesaid circumstances, Crl.MP(MD)No.3703 of 2016 is liable to be allowed.

4.In fine, this petition is allowed.
