ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner. The petitioner has contractual agreement or arrangement with the sixth respondent TASMAC. The petitioner appears to be merely a lessee of the land and not the owner of the land for property which was leased by the sixth respondent for his retail business. There is no merits present in the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
