By consent of both sides, the petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in Current Petition No.02/Inspector/Kottaipatinam PS/Pudugam/2021 and posted for enquiry.

3.In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner based on findings and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
