O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 & 2 to produce, the petitioner's daughter, namely, J.Jaqulin Mettilda, aged about 25 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. The petitioner would state that the detenue is now working as Nurse in the Appollo Hospital, Kilpauk, Chennai. On 04.02.2021 she left her house along with her certificates, dresses and 18 sovereigns of gold jewels, when she was away from the house. She went to Trichy where the third respondent is working. She would further state that she had gone to Trichy and lodged a complaint at Palakkarai Police Station on 05.02.2021 and at the time, the detenue 1/3
appeared before the police station and stated that she is working there and staying in a hostel and on 15.02.2021 she sent a photographs to the petitioner's elder daughter through whatsapp. Thereafter, on 16.02.2021 she lodged a complaint to the second respondent, but no action was taken and hence, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenue appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing and she would state that her mother, the petitioner herein, lodged a complaint at Palakkarai Police Station on 05.02.2021 and during the enquiry, she has categorically stated that she fell in love with the third respondent and she wanted to marry him, but it was not accepted by her mother. Thereafter, on 15.02.2021 she performed the marriage with the third respondent and the same was registered with St.Thomas Church, Trichy and the entire registration certificates have been produced before the Palakkarai Police Station and she also sent the Marriage Registration Certificates to her mother, the petitioner herein. The detenue would further state that now she has got an appointment at Dubai and she is leaving tomorrow (26.02.2021) by 6.15 a.m., Flight.
4. In the light of the above statement of the detenue, no further adjudication is required in this habeas corpus petition and hence, this petition is closed.
