PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct A) the 6th respondent to hand over the investigation to the hand of the 3rd respondent to bring out the root cause of leakage and malpractice and irregularities, real facts in recently conducted Group IV and Group 1, and 2A of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission exams by doing free and fair investigation;
B) The Hon'ble Court will monitor and surveillance the investigation of Central Bureau of Investigation; C) By considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2020.

the complaint raised by the petitioner has already been addressed, action was initiated and the criminal case registered was transferred to Central Bureau of Investigation, as per the directions of this Court dated 14.12.2021 passed in W.P.(MD) No.1926 of 2020.
2. In view of the fact that action has already been initiated, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
