O R D E R

The petitioner questions the charge memo dated 14.02.2017 issued by the second respondent. A charge memo can be questioned only on the certain limited grounds such as want of jurisdiction or mala fides.

2.In this case, such grounds have not been made out or established. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the Additional Government Pleader that the enquiry is presently going on and that it will be completed within three months.

2.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. The respondents are directed to conclude the disciplinary action initiated against the petitioner and pass final orders within a period of three months from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
