This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.18 of 2014 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same with regard to the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that after conducting the trial in C.C.No.287 of 17 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam, the case was ended in acquittal. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
