This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the proceedings of the respondent, dated 09.01.2025 in Ref.No. 63000933890001021/CP/638454, and to quash the same, however, sought for a consequential direction to the respondent to accept the amount determined under the impugned proceedings i.e., Rs.11,84,745/- in 24 equal monthly installments.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel on either side have agreed that the amount determined under the impugned proceedings can be paid in twenty (20) equal monthly installments commencing from 15th March, 2025.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to accept the entire amount due from the petitioner under the impugned proceedings dated 09.01.2025 in twenty (20) equal monthly installments commencing from 15th March, 2023. In case if there is any default on the part of the petitioner in any two consecutive monthly installments, the respondent is at liberty to take action in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 17.02.2025 NCC :
