Order : These Petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.ALAGUMANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the Petitions the Court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioners, is modified as follows:
