Side) appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under section 411 of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is not figuring as an accused in this case. Therefore, the petitioner need not have any apprehension of arrest.

CRL OP(MD). No.3015 of 2020 is of course at liberty to file an independent writ petition or criminal original petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., for taking appropriate action against the said official.
