O R D E R

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action and conduct proper enquiry as against the respondents No.4 and 5, in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2025 in C.S.R.No.09 of 2025 in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, the leaned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents No.1 to 3 would submit that already they received the representation of the petitioner and issued C.S.R.No.9 of 2025, and the same is under enquiry. They will complete the enquiry within a week. Page No. 2 of 4

3. In view of the above said undertaking and representation of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), this Court without issuing notice to the respondents no.4 and 5 inclined to pass orders. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry based on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2025 within a week from the date of this order.
