2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that this Court, in paragraph No.5 of its order, had observed that the learned counsel for the defendant admitted that a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- would be deposited before the trial Court and that the plaintiff had no objection to withdraw the same. However, he submitted that a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- had already been deposited before the trial Court and the same has also been withdrawn by the plaintiff. Therefore, he seeks correction of the said observation in the order.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the Registry is directed to issue a revised copy of the order by substituting paragraph No.5 of the order dated 21.01.2026 made in C.R.P(MD) No.552 of 2023 with the following paragraph:

"The learned counsel for the defendant submitted that a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- has already been deposited before the trial Court towards the admitted liability and the plaintiff has also withdrawn the same."
