(MD) No.3569 of 2018 dated 04/06/2019 pending disposal of the above Crl.R.C. petition and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.ANTO PRINCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/s.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3569 of 2018 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.263 of 2018, dated 04.06.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3569 of 2018 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.263 of 2018, dated 04.06.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has no strong objection to relax the condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.2074 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3569 of 2018 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.263 of 2018, dated 04.06.2018 is relaxed in toto.
