2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent / caveator has not raised any serious objection for condoning the delay.

3. Since there is no objection on the part of the respondent in condoning the delay, we are inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 30 days in filing the above writ appeal is condoned.
