O R D E R
This petition is filed to condone the delay of 576 days in representing the present Second Appeal in SA(MD)SR No.78892 of 2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners / appellants and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.
3. I am satisfied with the reasons. Considering the fact that the delay is more than 500 days, I am of the opinion that the delay could be condoned, on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Legal Service Committee, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from today(21.07.2025), failing which, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to the Court. sd/- 21/07/2025 / TRUE COPY / /08/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
