ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The prayer in this Writ Petition is seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned E-auction sale notice, dated 05.01.2023 issued by the first respondent and consequently to direct the respondents to consider for One Time Settlement within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the sale could not be taken place for want of bidders on 10.02.2023 and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication. 2/4

3.In view of the abovesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the respondent Bank for settling the amount in the manner known to law, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
