ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.481 of 2025, dated 10.01.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 21.01.2025, without fail and appearing daily before the trial Court and he is working at Chennai. Therefore, he seeks for 1/3

modification of the condition.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and considering that the petitioner is working in Chennai, the condition is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
