ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the application for registration/license dated 25.10.2017 for establishing a Costal Aqua culture farm, at S.Nos.526 & 528/3A, Marakayarpattinam Village, Ramanathapuram District.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has proposed to develop a coastal aqua culture farm in a particular area. In this regard, an application was submitted in the proper format before the second respondent for grant of licence and the same is pending before the second respondent and no order has been passed. 3.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the writ petitioner on 25.10.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of the twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. directed to submit a copy of application and relevant documents along with a copy of the order passed in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
