(Crime No.29 of 2019) Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Pattukottai in connection with the case in Crime No.29 of 2019 dated 08.02.2021. ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report before the concerned Court.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the First Information Report was registered in the year 2019. Though 2 1⁄2 years passed by, the respondents has not filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court and therefore, the petitioner prayed for a direction to the respondents to file charge sheet. 3.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that the respondents are ready to file the charge sheet within the time limit of three months.

4.Considering the submissions made by both parties, this Court directs the respondents to conclude the investigation and to file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
