Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SANKARANARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners has been regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioners are modified as follows:- "The petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders". sd/- 28/04/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
