When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the subsequent development in the light of the communication dated 13.03.2023, bearing reference No.O.S.No.30/2020/AE, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The trial Court shall dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
