Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted the investigation in Crime No.89 of 2022 has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram and the same was not taken on file so far.

3. Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram, shall process the same as per the rules.
