ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl M.P No.439 of 2023, dated 20.01.2023 by the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed an application before the V Additional District Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.439 of 2023 and the same was allowed on 20.01.2023, directing the petitioner to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties provided one surety should be from his family and other surety should be from blood relatives, for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court. CRL OP(MD). No.2920 of 2023 unable to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- and furnish sureties. Hence, seeks modification.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the reason stated by the petitioner, the condition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.439 of 2023, dated 20.01.2023, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum (provided one surety should be from his family and other surety should be from his blood relatives), to the satisfaction of the Court. The other conditions in the said order shall remain intact.
