Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH KANNAN C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.866 of 2023, dated 11.01.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.866 of 2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.2671 of 2023 respondent police twice in a month i.e., on First and Third Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
