This Appeal is filed under Section 14A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Amendment Act), 2014, Amendment Act 1 of 2016, to set aside the order made in Crl.M.P.No.1227 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court of Trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Theni, dated 21.11.2022 and allow the appeal and enlarge the appellant on bail.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.Sankar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate (Criminal Side), for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.833 of 2022 dated 12.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken on file. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.833 of 2022 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on every hearing date without fail."
