This petition is filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action against the absconding accused A1 in Crime No.7 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.7 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent has been completed and the respondent No.2 laid the charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanthapuram and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.38 of 2017. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
