Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1, and petitioner not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- When the Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing on 09.10.2017, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and therefore this petition was posted today under the caption for dismissal and even today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner and therefore, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
