O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondents to secure his daughter, namely, Mohana, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner and the detenue appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing from the Office of the Public Prosecutor. On enquiry, the detenue stated that she married one Paramasivam on 15.02.2021 in a Pillayar Temple at Perinthalmanna in Palakkad District and thereafter, both were residing at Thiruvannamalai and her husband Paramasivam sent her to see her parents. The detenue further stated that she has not been illegally detained by any of the respondents and she is a major.

3. In the light of the above statement, the detenue is set at liberty and the habeas corpus petition is closed as no further orders are necessary.
