Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2, in Crime No.16 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420, 417, 406, 506(i) of I.P.C and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the first accused purchased paddy from the defacto complainant and sold it to the petitioner/second accused and did not pay the amount of Rs.7,75,000/- to the defacto complainant. Hence, on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the present case has been registered for the offences stated supra.
3. When this matter came up for hearing before this Court on 14.12.2015, there was no representation for the petitioner. Subsequently, at his request, the matter is listed today before this Court. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19559 of 2015, was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 14.10.2015.
5. It is seen that the earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 14.10.2015. Till date, there is no change of circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
