This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.578 of 2013, dated 07.08.2013 on the file of the first respondent police station.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submits that in this case F.I.R was registered for offence under Section 307 I.P.C, Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act and Section 27 of Indian Arms Act, 1959 and 87 witnesses were examined so far.
