ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired Signaler from the respondent Port Trust seeking a Mandamus to disburse the revised pension and other service benefits based upon his representations, dated 23.10.2020 and 26.04.2021.
2. The petitioner has addressed a representation to the first respondent herein on 26.04.2021 which has been acknowledged by the office of the first respondent. However, so far no orders have been passed. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to pass orders in the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.04.2021 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
