ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose the revision of the petitioner, issuance of the patta to him pending in Na.Ka.No.Aa2/13268/2016 on the file of the 1st respondent within stipulated time by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Heard, Mr.S.Muniyandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Since no order is passed prejudicial to the rights of the respondents 4 to 9, notice to the respondents 4 to 9 is dispensed with.
3.According to the petitioner he is the owner of the property in Survey No.412/7. During the settlement proceedings, patta has been wrongly issued in favour of the respondents 4 to 9. Challenging the above order, the petitioner filed a Revision Petition before the first respondent in the year 2016. So far no order has been passed in the said Revision Petition. Hence, he filed the present Writ Petition.
4.Considering the fact that the Revision filed by the petitioner is pending from the year 2016, the first respondent is directed to consider the Revision Petition filed by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 4 to 9 and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
