ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is a sports person. He states that for purchasing the petition mentioned arms, he would require at least one year purchase period. He also wants license period for five years. He has given a request in this regard.

3.The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request for NOC. Based on the same, the first respondent will take a call in the matter. Final order on the petitioner's representation dated 28.07.2023 shall be passed within a period of four months thereafter.
