This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.4 of 2025 in O.S.No.310 of 2025 on the file of the learned I Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli dated 21.01.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Mr.Kanagasabapathy, learned counsel, undertakes to file vakalat for the 1st respondent.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the production of the certified copy of the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.4 of 2025 in O.S.No.310 of 2025 is 3/5
