ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1087 of 2015 from the second respondent police to CBCID or any other investigating agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation is almost over and the respondents are yet to file charge sheet before the concerned Court.

3. Recording the same, since the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to file the charge sheet in crime No.1087 of 2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
