The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 3 days in filing the appeal against the award, dated 02.07.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.256 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Additional District Court (FTC), Tenkasi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the regular course.
